1. Download the App
Get the Spoko app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Create Your Account
• Open the app and enter your phone number.
• You'll receive an SMS with a verification code. Enter this code in the app.
• Create a PIN code for future logins.
3. Set Up Your Profile
• Fill in your personal details accurately using Latin letters (as they appear on your ID or passport).
• Include your full name, email address, date of birth, and place of birth.
• Upload a copy of your ID document and a selfie for verification.
4. Choose Your Recipient
• Tap "Add New Recipient" and enter their details.
• You'll need their full name, phone number, and card number.
5. Set Up Your Transfer
• Use our in-app calculator to select the destination country, amount, currency, and delivery method.
• Tap "Send Money" when you're ready.
6. Enter Payment Details
• Input your card information (card number, expiration date, and CVV code).
7. Confirm and Send
• Review all details to ensure they're correct.
• Confirm the transfer as requested by your bank (usually via 3D Secure).
• Your money is on its way!
Remember, you can only make transfers once your profile is fully verified. Check your current transfer limit in your profile under the "Limits" tab.
