Get Spoko from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Register Your Account
• Open the app and enter your phone number.
• You'll receive an SMS with a verification code. Enter this in the app.
3. Create Your Login PIN
Set up a PIN code for easy and secure future logins.
4. Complete Your Profile
• Fill in all required information accurately.
• Use Latin letters, matching the details on your official ID or passport.
• Include your full name, email address, date of birth, and place of birth.
5. Verify Your Identity
• Upload a clear photo of your ID document.
• Take and upload a selfie as requested in the app.
6. Set Your Preferences
You can customise your app settings, such as language and notification preferences.
7. Start Using Spoko
Once your profile is verified, you're ready to make your first transfer!
Important Notes:
• Always use accurate, up-to-date information to ensure smooth transfers and easy communication if needed.
• Your initial transfer limit will be set automatically. You can increase this by completing additional verification steps if required.
• For security, always log in using your PIN code.
