We provide you with the ability to fill data in your personal profile after registration \ or before your first transfer in your profile settings at your personal Spoko account.
In line with legal and anti-money laundering requirements, you are unable to change your profile details. Your personal details provided at the time of registration are final and cannot be edited.
If your personal details have changed or were provided incorrectly you will need to reach out to our Customer Support team to clarify the details at: support@spoko.app
In addition, the personal profile information is automatically synchronized with the data of the document provided for the verification of the profile, in the future at the request of the security department or if you wish to provide the document for this request. Verification (confirmation of the identity of the profile owner according to the document) is available in our application under the button "Profile" - "Limits" - "Increase limits".
