You can update your personal profile information after registration or before your first transfer in your Spoko account settings. Here’s how:
Profile Changes: Due to legal and anti-money laundering regulations, you cannot edit your personal details once registered. The information you provided at registration is final.
If Your Details Change: If your personal information has changed or was entered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Support team at support@spoko.app for assistance.
Verification Synchronisation: Your profile information is automatically synchronised with the document used for verification. If needed, you can provide this document again upon request from our security department.
Increasing Limits: You can verify your identity in the app under "Profile" > "Limits" to request an increase in your transfer limits.
