Unfortunately in rare occasions the sender's bank confirms debiting of the funds when Spoko request time is already closed. Then your transaction status is "DECLINED" and the only possible way to solve it is to issue a refund.
Please contact with our Support team by email to rsupport@spoko.app together with the phone number used for the registration, date and amount of the transfer. The refund will be done instantly. You will get the email confirming the refund.
