You can check the history of all transactions in your Spoko account. You can click on any transaction and save a PDF version of the receipt. You can also select “Repeat” to repeat a transaction by sending it to the same recipient.
Also, you can see the status of your transactions. There are 3 types of statuses:
«Processing» means that your transfer has not yet been credited to the recipient, but don't worry, it may take some time for the transfer to be credited and processed: Your Bank must debit the transfer amount from Your account, and the recipient's Bank must credit the transfer amount to the recipient's account or card.
«Credited» means money was credited to the recipient's account.
«Error» means your transaction was declined by Your Bank or beneficiary Bank for clarification or correction of a translation, please contact our support team.
